We practice Fairtrade by providing all our employees with wages that are much higher than the suggested fair wages. We strictly follow labour guidelines in regard to child labour and fair working hours. Over the years, our company has trained many individuals and converted them into ‘skilled labour’.

We employ women and encourage to educate their families and also provide an environment where they could bring their children to work if need be. We outsource part time work to communities in order to encourage the cottage industries so that they can work from home. Especially to women who are bound by their social responsibilities and are unable take up work full time in a company. We provide a safe working environment for all our women employees and have encouraged them to move towards digital India initiative for eg. Opening electronic bank accounts which have helped them gain most from our financial institutions and also have complete control over their hard earned money.

We practise waste management and recycling so as to reduce the carbon footprint on the environment. We also encourage our clients to use plant based packaging.
